Join Us For A Springtime Kidical Mass

1 minute

On Sunday the 21st of April join us for this FUN free cycle event that will be slow-paced, marshalled, and kid-friendly. The ride will focus on safer cycling in York, so if you could advertise this message in a safe way that would wonderful.

The ride will be fully marshalled and the police have been notified, so safety is our priority. The designated route will head toward Hob Moor crossing over Tadcaster Road, cycling towards Knavesmire Road – Campelshon Road, left then right on Bishy Road to Millennium Bridge. The route might alter based on the weather conditions on the day, if it does we will email registered attendees as soon as possible.

The route is short and designed for riders of all ages and abilities (children must be accompanied by a grown-up at all times). And don’t forget to DECORATE YOUR BIKES OR YOURSELF WITH A SPRINGTIME THEME. It will be fun and help us get noticed!

The Cycle Heaven cafe will be open at the end of the ride. Kids can get free squash or participants can get a hot drink and cake for £5 pp.

Join us on Sunday 21st April departing at 1:00pm, from the Acomb Road entrance of West Bank Park.

The ride will finish at approximately 2:30pm at Cycle Heaven Hospital Fields, Fulford, York YO10 4FS.

Tickets aren’t required, however please register so we can email about any last minute changes and know predicted numbers for the ride.
